Cellular immune responses in schistosomiasis patients in Southwest Cameroon after chemotherapy, with special reference to IFN and profile. Phase I - field parasitological survey aimed at defining infection status. Phase II - P.B.M.C. isolated from blood and crypopreserved. Treatment. Repeat of phases I and II then flow cytometric phenotypic analysis done.
