I began my career in the field of biomedical sciences with a bachelors and posterior Master degree in molecular biology and microbiology. I subsequently pursued a Ph.D. in Biological Science, acquiring extensive knowledge of immunology, particularly related to tumors and cancer vaccination. At present, I work as a post-doc in the Laboratoire d’Ophtalmologie Expérimentale from the University of Geneva. The main topic of study is the development of regenerative and personalized therapies such as cell-based, GMP compliant Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) to treat neurodegenerative diseases of the eye.
