Current professional activities type: 
• Monitor the implementation of policies, procedures and standards on the campus and make the necessary corrections where necessary. • Implementation, integration and management and support of the ERP systems (SAP, Ebiz Frame, Scala and standalone systems Purchase request tracking systems, e-leave, e-procure support. • Use and support of operating systems (XP, 7,8 and 10) and application software’s and Microsoft office (2003,2007,2010,2013,2016) Microsoft office 365 and one drive. • Installation & Configuration workstations, printers and other peripheral devices problem Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving. • Setting up and administration of exchanger mail server (2003), active directory, office365, email setup and support. • Configuration and administration Network for both LAN and WAN (and WIMAX, VSATs) and VOIP. • Experience in SQL 2005 and ORACLE database. • Preparation, reviewing and monitoring ICT budget and operating Plans. • Management and maintenance of information and Network security and enforcement of ICT policies and procedure to ensure that there is data security and integrity • Establishing appropriate operational procedures, tools and resources for effective and timely delivery of technical support to all users; • Management of Cyberoam and check point firewalls. • Designing of donor projects codes, design of budget tracking tools and monitoring of the budget performance • Administration, asset management and project donor funded support and monitoring • Development of project maps using GIS tools such as ArcGIS10.
