• Part of University’s web-team committee Deployed without downtime a new website using Drupal CMS. Subsequently organised training for the different departmental officers on how to update the departments' pages accordingly. Received special commendation from the committee head for the leadership and Commendation letter from the University Management • As part of the University's inaugural lecture committee, I was responsible for user-support and training of speakers and ensuring that they have appropriate PowerPoint presentation and skill. • Part of the Steering Committee for the actualisation of the School of Computing, University of Jos • Part of the Department’s curriculum team developing Undergraduate and Postgraduate Curriculum on various subjects including entrepreneurship courses. • Prepare and deliver lectures to Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Masters) Computer Science Students in Data Communication and Networks, Cloud Computing, Cisco Cyber Security Essentials and other areas as allocated. • Supervise Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Masters) Student Projects • Carrying out research in Cloud computing and producing Publications including in the energy sector. • Encourage female students of the department through sponsorship to participate in software development competitions and initiated a mentoring programme. • Industry visits to third year students during their industry placement • Provides counselling, pastoral care and support to students and any other duties as assigned.
