Nutrition performance in primary health care in Western Kenya. There is a need to unearth why in the midst of strong donor sup[port, nutritional indicators are going down rather than improving. What are the underlying causes and what innovative strategies should be set in place to improve the nutritional status of these hungry communities. Possibly, there is a need for broad based and complementary activities to affect this anomaly.
