Research on Citric acid production from locally available sources from Sudan using Aspergillus niger. On the molecular Level, PCR technique using primers targeting a specific region of the 18S rRNA gene and RAPD-PCR were performed on six isolates of Aspergillus niger to detect the relationship between them.
