Current professional activities type:ResearchAdministrationTeachingIndustryA food scientist with over fifteen years of experience in the food and agricultural research. As a highly skilled individual with interdisciplinary expertise that cut across food, agriculture, nutrition, engineering and agribusiness. She has played key roles in the management of various projects in the food and agricultural sector in Ghana. She specializes in post-harvest technologies, with focus on food preservation, food safety and sensory evaluation for post management of agricultural produce. As a fellow of The African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) fellow, her research is gender responsive and focused on promoting practical agricultural technologies and solutions, which will benefit farmers and improve livelihoods of women in Ghana and Africa.
