I focused on cellular and molecular biology, laboratory management, statistics, chemical pathology, and data interpretation for this degree. I was also required to do a final-year research project in biomedical science and produce a thesis.

Undergraduate Structural, Cell and Molecular Biology
I have learned computer science, organic chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, cell culture, fermentation, molecular biology, enzymology, instrumentation, biostatistics as well as bioinformatics. This degree taught me the chemistry and biochemistry of natural products, bioprocessing, food processing, food chemistry, food biotechnology, food toxicology and assessment, food nutrition and health and ethics and law in biotechnology.
