the salinity of soils and irrigation water is one of the environmental constraints that limit the economic productivity of crops. It reduces the productivity of many crops, particularly market gardening (they have a low tolerance to salinity) and leads to the depletion of soil organic matter and the accumulation of toxic ions. to meet the agricultural and food needs of the population, we carried out an exogenous application of minerals and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) to improve tomato production and determine the physiological strategy that the plant uses to resist salinity following the use of mineral compounds and PGPR.
