The focus of this fellowship was to understand the educational systems, policies and also leaderships in education. I also did four months internship at Vanderbilt School of Nursing (USA) during this fellowship. This internship helped me to learn different educational methodologies that are used in the nursing schools at USA. Furthermore; it helped me to review and modify educational and professional standards of nursing profession in Pakistan.
