Gastrointestinal tract Physiology : The major focus of my research is in the areas of dietary and environmental factors in gastrointestinal inflammation, as stress is implicated in the incidence of gastrointestinal ulceration and inflammation across the whole world. Other factors as potential ulcerogens such as environmental toxicants, diets cannot be underestimated. Presently, I am looking at the consumption of some dietary agent( of plant source) on induced ulcer and exposure to heavy metals in induced ulceration rats model.
