Lubna Abdalallah is a lecturer in Biology and Biotechnology Department at An-Najah National University. She obtained her B.Sc degree in Biology and Biotechnology and she got the First Honor Award for Science Faculty at An-Najah National University. Her academic excellence paved a way for her to work as research and teaching assistant in her department. She got a DAAD scholarship and then she earned her M.Sc in Biotechnology and Immunology from Yarmouk University in Jordan with Excellence. Her field of research is Biotechnology, especially in Immunology, Biochemistry and Medicinal Plants. She has a good knowledge and some researches about camel heavy chain antibodies and their different applications, mainly in the medical field. In addition to that, she has different researches considering medicinal plants and their impact on several bioactivity studies, such as using them as antibacterial, anticancer, antioxidant and antispasmodic agents. Moreover, she has many researches dealing with the role of plant extracts in blood coagulation in addition to their effect on enzymatic activity like glutathione-s-transferase enzyme. Besides that, she has a collaboration with chemistry researchers in order to evaluate the antimicrobial effect of some chemical complexes, ligands, Schiff bases and nano-particles. Lubna supervised different research projects in her department and most of them published as research articles and others as lectures, abstracts and posters at scientific conferences. As an academic staff member; she teaches different courses including Immunology, Techniques in Immunology and Protein Purification.
