Undergraduate Biological Systems and Organisms
To obtain a degree in Biotechnology Engineering, I did a two years research work about the characterization of bacterial communities from the phyllosphere of cacao tree (Theobroma cacao L.) associeted with the presence and absence of symptoms of economically important diseases in traditional production systems in the department of Santa Cruz - Bolivia. Additionally, I'm collaborating on a research work about microbial activity with the capacity to degrade urea in soils of extensive crops. In conclusion, this kept me constantly learning about biology and ecology of bacteria, and also about the management of microorganisms.
