Electronic Engineer from the Escuela Militar de Ingeniería (EMI) in La Paz Bolivia. Master in Space Technology Applications with mention in Remote Sensing and GeoInformation Systems of Beihang University (BUAA) - China. Work experience as a Project Engineer in the areas of video surveillance, fiber optics and structured cabling projects in the company NEXUS Technology Bolivia S.A. and External Researcher of the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia (UPCH). She is currently a researcher at the Image Processing Research Laboratory (INTI-Lab) of the University of Sciences and Humanities (UCH). Regional Coordinator for South America of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). Treasurer of the Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEEE) section of Peru. Main organizer of the first and second Aerospace Technology Congress in Bolivia (Aerospace Bolivian Conference - ABC).
