Doctorate Biological Systems and Organisms
My PhD research focuses on intestinal parasitic worms in monkeys, dogs, and humans, with an emphasis on their zoonotic potential—examining how these parasites are transmitted between animals and humans. I investigate the common parasites shared among these hosts to understand their impact on public and animal health. To achieve this, I utilize both microscopy and molecular techniques for precise identification and characterization of these parasites, ensuring a comprehensive approach to studying their prevalence, transmission patterns, and potential risks.

Master Biological Systems and Organisms
For my master's research, I investigated the correlation between intestinal parasitic infections and malnutrition in children under five years old. My study aimed to understand how parasitic infections contribute to nutritional deficiencies, growth impairment, and overall health outcomes in young children.
