Niger
The Niger National Chapter was established in April 2022 and is hosted at the Epicentre Research Centre for Epidemiology in Maradi. It hopes to help address the gender gap in STEM in Niger this through raising awareness about STEM careers and the importance of higher education among students, identifying, promoting, and organizing training workshops for women scientists and technologists in entrepreneurship, and enhancing visibility and recognition of women scientists' importance for the development of the country.
